Metal Roofing Bateau Bay

We recently replaced this tiled roof to a new Colorbond roof in Bateau Bay.

The client had recently purchased the property and wanted a way to give the home a new lease of life.
The house was built in the 80’s and it was time to make it look more modern as well as ensuring that the home had a watertight roof with all the internal renovations they did on the home.
Due to the original roof tiles being 40 plus years old and previous repairs done to the roof starting to fail, it was more cost effective to replace the entire roof with a new Colorbond in a modern colour and the peace of mind knowing that their new roof will be water tight and last many more decades.

When we do a tile to tin conversion, we have a full team of trades out on the day so that we can do the entire job in one day.
We removed all the tiles and replaced the old timber tile battens with new zincalume battens.
Encapsulated the roof in a 55mm/R1.3 Anti-Condensation blanket to vastly improve the homes energy efficiency
AWS then installed a brand new corrugated Colorbond roof in Ironstone.
Our client were so thrilled with the final product and couldn’t believe the transformation. They also left us a wonderful google review showing their appreciation and you can read the review here.
