Project Overview

Our client had recently purchased the 40year old property in the leafy suburb of Eleebana located in Lake Macquarie NSW.

The clients undertook extensive renovations to the 1980’s property.

The existing roofing was concrete tiles that were still in ok shape, but their guttering was rusted and leaking and this needed urgent replacing.
AWS Roofing was contacted to replace the gutters and do the tile to tin roofing transformation.

We supplied new Colorbond fascia covers to be installed over the weathered and paint peeling timber fascia boards before installing the new High Front Quad guttering  also upgrading the size of the existing downpipes from 100x50mm to the larger 100x75mm downpipes to aid roof water disbursement. 

Finally complementing the home by removing the entire roof line of the existing aging concrete roof tiles and replacing the entire roof with brand new Custom Orb roof sheeting all in the popular colorbond colour of Woodland Grey. 

AWS achieved exactly what our client requested by transforming this once existing 1980’s looking home back into the modern and sleek property that our client was hoping for and  can enjoy for the many years to come.
