Project Overview

Replacement of a 50+ year old corrugated zincalume metal roof in the beautiful coastal suburb of Belmont NSW.

The original home and metal roof was definitely starting to show its age. The roof had started to leak and leak repairs that the client had undertaken had been unsuccessful.

Our client decided it was time to update the house and roof with fresh and modern appearance which would also fix the leaks for once and for all.

The team from AWS roofing transformed the tired existing zincalume  roofing, with a brand new modern .42 Custom Orb roofing and flashings in the modern Colorbond colour of Shale Grey.

All roofing materials were supplied by AllCoast Roofing Supplies.  

This entire job was completed in one day and we had a crew of 10 doing the work so we could get it done quickly.
